We are excited to introduce our youth programs—immersive, dynamic, and intentional experiences designed for ages 9-18yrs.

Seasonal Programming Highlights
June–August: Deepen your connection with nature, move your body with intention, and train the mind with practical skills for focus and discipline.
August–November: Embody movement as a source of balance, live with an open heart, and strengthen your connection to inner wisdom.
Through hands-on learning, guided mentorship, and community engagement, our programs empower youth to build confidence, foster meaningful relationships, and develop lifelong tools for well-being.

WISDOM OF THE PACK with Eric Wardell

True Nature KivaA 4-week series designed for young boys ages 13-15 who are ready to explore their inner world, build confidence, and step into healthy masculinity. Through meaningful connections and self-discovery, participants will gain tools to navigate this pivotal transition.

True Nature Meditation RoomThe Princess Warrior Series guides young girls into exploring, harnessing, and uncovering their inner power, strength, and beauty.
Utilizing intention setting, music, movement, and creativity, this series encompasses the many different aspects of what it means to be a girl.
What you learn in this series can be used for a lifetime!
If you’re a teen girl who is wanting to feel more confident, do more of what makes you feel most like you, have supportive and fun friendships, and feel a sense of belonging in your community then this series is for you!

MEETING THE MOON
Full Moon Circle for Teen Girls with Lena Maude
Saturday, August 9th | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | True Nature Peace Garden
Young women ages 13 and up are invited to gather around the fire to celebrate the feminine under the energy of the full moon. That means celebrating ourselves!
We’ll enjoy delicious snacks, sip herbal libations, be witness to one another, and pamper ourselves in good company. Together we’ll create an altar filled with meaningful objects—crystals, cards, art, plants, photos—whatever you feel inspired to bring.
You’ll also get to make your own oxymel, a sweet and tangy herbal tonic made with honey, apple cider vinegar, and healing herbs—supplies provided!

Family Yoga in the Spiral with Kerrie Martin

CELEBRATING THE LIGHT WITHIN!
For Girls ages 7-12 with Ellen Bradley

This joyful and imaginative workshop invites girls to explore the beautiful colors of their energy through movement, journaling, connection and creativity.
In a time of change, within our bodies, emotions, friendships, and identity—this workshop offers a steady mirror back to our inner light. Inspired by the chakra system and the natural elements, girls will discover how to express emotions, connect to their bodies, and celebrate who they are—all through crafts, music, and storytelling.
Together we’ll weave sisterhood, self-love, and magic into an afternoon filled with color and connection.
A gentle and grounding experience to help girls shine from the inside out.

LUMINARIES TEEN COHORT

High School-age teens, of any gender identificationBegins Sunday, October 12th | 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM | True Nature Center Studio
The Luminaries Teen Cohort provides an opportunity for High School-age teens, of any gender identification, to deepen their understanding and practice of healing modalities.
Some of the modalities that will be explored include meditation, breathwork, yoga, sound alchemy, principles and practices of Spiritual Psychology, manifestation practices and more!
This program is offered as a closed group experience over the course of 17 weeks.
Through experiential and upbeat exercises and activities, Teen Luminaries build foundational tools which allow them to connect more deeply to their own truth, uncover patterns that are not serving them, restore balance to their body, heart, mind and soul — and discover a sense of community that will last a lifetime.
