Climate anxiety and grief connected to environmental change
What Can We Do to Help?
Teen Insight I supports teens 14–18 in building a foundation for awakening their hearts, becoming more confident and trusting, and discovering what will support them in creating a life they love.
In a few short days, the teens will have an opportunity to explore:
How to be a more confident and happy person
Communicating responsibly with friends, family, and adults
Learning personal accountability and playing with the concept of creating, promoting, and allowing their reality
Effectively dealing with peer pressure and making good choices
Recognizing judgments and learning forgiveness
Trusting the wise and loving part of themselves that knows what's for their highest good
